Snuuzu does not produce a separate Model X mattress. When you select the Model X option, you will receive the Snuuzu Model Y mattress, which fits the Model X perfectly. The cargo and sleeping area dimensions of the Model X are very similar to the Model Y, and Snuuzu has tested and confirmed it lays out comfortably in the Model X, providing the same level of support and comfort. Your box will be labeled "Model Y" — this is correct and expected.

No, you received the correct item. The Snuuzu mattress is labeled Model Y because that is the product name, but it is the exact mattress Snuuzu recommends for Model X owners. There is no separate Model X version. No return or exchange is needed.
