EV Bandit guide to lower-cost all-weather floor liners for Tesla interiors

Tesla Just Raised the Price of Its All-Weather Liner Bundles — Here's What Actually Costs Less

Tesla quietly raised prices on its All-Weather Liner Bundles this month. We checked Tesla's own shop page for the Model 3 bundle and confirmed it now lists at $370, up from the $330 that Not a Tesla App documented in its September shop-changes roundup. The outlet also reported the Model S bundle climbing to $530 from $450 — we weren't able to independently re-verify that exact figure on Tesla's site before publishing, so treat the Model S number as reported rather than confirmed. Either way, the direction is the same: Tesla's OEM interior protection just got more expensive, and it was never the only option.

Here's what we actually stock that covers the same ground for less — broken out by what you drive.

1. 2024+ Model 3 Highland: a direct match at half the price

All-weather floor mats for 2024 Tesla Model 3 Highland, first and second row set
All-Weather Floor Mats (1st & 2nd Row Set), built specifically for the 2024+ Model 3 Highland — $189.99, in stock.

Tesla's $370 bundle covers the same Highland-era Model 3 that this floor mat set is cut for. This set handles the first and second row — the part of the bundle most owners actually feel underfoot every day — for $189.99. That's $180 less than Tesla wants for the full bundle, though it's worth being straight about the comparison: Tesla's bundle also throws in a front trunk liner and a rear well liner that this particular set doesn't include, which is exactly why we've paired it with a frunk option below rather than pretending it's a one-for-one swap.

2. Want Tesla-level material thickness? This is the closer match

3D MAXpider all-weather floor mats for Tesla Model 3 2020-2024
3D MAXpider All-Weather Floor Mats, Tesla Model 3 2020-2024 — $329.99, in stock.

We're not going to pretend this one is a dramatic discount — at $329.99 it's only about $40 under Tesla's new $370 price, and we'd rather say that plainly than oversell it. What it buys you is 3D MAXpider's heavier injection-molded tray construction and a broader 2020–2024 fitment window, which covers pre-Highland Model 3s that the Highland-specific set above won't fit. If your priority is matching Tesla's build quality rather than beating its price by a wide margin, this is the one.

3. Just protecting the frunk? Don't pay bundle prices for it

Front trunk cargo liner for Tesla Model 3, 2017-2023
Frunk Cargo Liner, Tesla Model 3 2017-2023 — $46.99, in stock (choose the 2017-2020 or 2021-2023 cut).

A lot of owners don't need the full bundle — they need the frunk covered because that's where wet groceries and muddy gear actually end up. This liner is cut for 2017-2023 Model 3s and runs $46.99 on its own, versus paying $370 for a bundle just to get the one piece you wanted. If the rest of your interior is already covered, there's no reason to buy Tesla's whole kit for this. Note it is not cut for the 2024+ Highland.

4. 2021-2023 Model S: a full set for nearly half Tesla's new price

Floor, Cargo & Storage Mat Full Set for 2021, 2022, or 2023 Tesla Model S (Plaid and non-Plaid) — $299.99, in stock in all three model-year cuts.

If the reported $530 figure for Tesla's Model S bundle holds up, this full set undercuts it by roughly $230 while covering the same three areas — front floor, cargo, and rear storage. It's built separately for 2021, 2022, and 2023 model years, and all three cuts are currently in stock, so pick the one that matches your build year rather than assuming they're interchangeable.

The bottom line

Tesla's liner bundles aren't bad products — they're just no longer the only, or the cheapest, way to protect a Model 3 or Model S interior. Whether you need the whole kit or just the one piece that actually takes abuse in your car, there's a fitted option here that costs less than Tesla's new price, in stock today.
