At EV Bandit, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
General Return Policy
• Time Frame: You may return any product within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Customer Service:
• Email us at support@evbandit.com or use our live chat to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Prepare Your Return:
• Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
• Include the RMA number inside the package.
3. Ship the Item:
• Use a trackable shipping service.
• Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Deductions:
• The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
• Notification: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.
Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, the restocking fee will be waived.
• Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange.
Product-Specific Return Policies
Roof Racks
• Restocking Fee: 25%
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Note: Items must be returned within 30 days; items outside this window are not eligible.
Torklift Tow Hitches
• Restocking Fee: 20%
• Additional Fees: If the box is opened or items are damaged or not in original condition, a refurbishment fee may apply.
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3D Maxpider Mats & ToughPro Mats
• Restocking Fee: 20%
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return Address: Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.
Slipstream & THE LAW (MX) License Plates
• Restocking Fee: 20%
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including shipments to Canada or outside the US.
Return/Refunds on Waido Kits
This is a custom-made product. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges to be issued.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Certain EV Bandit items, including but not limited to carbon fiber, forged, or otherwise made-to-order parts, begin production immediately after an order is placed. Once production has started, these products cannot be fully canceled because manufacturing costs are already incurred with our production partners.
If you request a cancellation after production has begun but before shipment, a 15%–25% production and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable supplier and material costs. Once an item ships, it may only be returned under our standard return policy for unused and unopened products.
To request a cancellation, please email support@evbandit.com within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be in production and subject to the above terms.
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
• Specific Products: Gift cards and downloadable software products cannot be returned.
International Returns
• Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Please contact customer service for instructions specific to your location.
Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:
• Check your bank account.
• Contact your credit card company; processing times can vary.
• If you’ve done the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@evbandit.com or via live chat.
Shipping Information
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
• Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Insurance and Tracking: For items over $55, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
