Rack Package vs. Tow Combo
The Rack Package includes the hidden hitch and a removable 2" receiver rated for hitch-mounted bike racks and cargo carriers (350 lbs) — it is not rated for trailer towing. The Tow Combo adds the towing kit: a 2" ball mount, 2" hitch ball, safety-chain anchors, and a 4-way flat trailer wiring harness, giving you full 3,500 lb towing capability.
