Hanging hitch racks clamp the top tube, which scratches carbon, won't fit step through frames and gets sketchy with heavy e-bikes. The MonoRail holds each bike by the front wheel and a rear wheel strap, so nothing touches the frame. It carries road, gravel, mountain, kids and e-bikes up to 60 lb each, then tilts away for hatch access and folds up flat when you're done.

Fits: vehicles with a 2 inch hitch receiver.
Not compatible with bikes that have fenders. Some cargo vans need an 8 inch hitch extension so handlebars clear the rear doors.
Check your hitch load limit. Rack weight plus bikes must stay under your hitch's accessory carrier rating. Tesla rates the factory Model 3 hitch at 121 lb for accessory carriers, rack included, which is less than this rack can hold when fully loaded.
The cable lock is for theft deterrence when parked. Do not use it to hold bikes while driving.

Common Questions
Will it carry my e-bike?
Yes, up to 60 lb per bike on the standard 2 bike setup. Remove the battery if your e-bike is close to the limit.
Does it touch my bike's frame?
No. The arm holds the front wheel and a strap secures the rear wheel, so it is safe for carbon and step through frames.
Can I still open my liftgate?
Yes. The rack tilts down 30 degrees for hatch access.
Can I add a third bike?
Yes. Choose the 3 Bike Rack option and the add on comes with your rack. With three bikes the limit is 45 lb per bike.
Installation
Slide the rack into your 2 inch receiver, secure it with the included locking anti wobble hitch pin and you are ready to load. No tools beyond the included hardware. Need a hitch first? See our hitch installation service.
