A: Yes. Tesla removed the frunk emergency release switch from Juniper units delivered after October 2025, leaving only a blank plastic panel and no wiring harness. Our frunk LED strip was engineered to work independently of that switch and is fully compatible with your build. Nothing to connect to the missing switch — just plug in and you're done.

Q: How do I know if my Juniper has the switch or the blank panel?
A: Open your frunk and look at the front interior wall panel (the panel facing you when you look straight into the frunk). If you see a small rectangular button with a light — you have the pre-October 2025 version. If you see a flat blank panel with no button — you have the post-October 2025 version. This product installs and works correctly on both.
