Our roadmap spans Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, Cybertruck and Roadster, with vehicle-specific patterns rather than one universal fit. We are exploring other brands with exterior cameras and onboard security. Model Y Juniper is the first visual concept; no fitment is yet validated. Grit between a cover and the paint, or fabric moving in wind, can cause rubbing and scratches. Omni Cover is being developed with a fitted shape, stable attachment points and protected hardware, but it is not scratch-proof. Keep both vehicle and cover clean and dry; never drag a dirty cover across the paint. Paint-contact and abrasion testing are still ahead.

Water resistance and breathability must work together. The design includes ventilation and a proposed water-shedding treatment on the camera windows, but that treatment is not a whole-cover waterproof rating. Rain penetration, drying and condensation behavior need testing. Dry the cover fully before storing it; final cleaning instructions will follow material selection.

Shaped mirror pocket sleeves, an elastic lower edge and underbody straps help stabilize the fit. Small suction cups near the pillar-camera windows are intended to attach to the glass and maintain alignment. Wind resistance, suction retention and compatibility with glass treatments will be tested. No wind-speed rating is confirmed.

Clear windows are positioned around the exterior cameras to preserve their view while parked. Alignment, reflections, rain, condensation and night-time clarity must be tested before Sentry compatibility can be confirmed. The cover does not enable Sentry Mode or eliminate its battery use. Remove the cover before driving or moving the vehicle.

A dedicated flap gives access to the port, and ventilation is part of the design. Access alone does not establish safe charging: clearance, airflow and temperatures still need validation. Tesla specifies a Tesla-approved cover when plugged in. Omni Cover is not currently Tesla-approved, and covered charging is not yet a confirmed use.

That is the aim: pre-warm in winter or pre-cool in summer while the cover is still on, then remove it before departure. Mesh panels are intended to preserve airflow for the vehicle’s thermal system. Heating, air conditioning and preconditioning with the cover fitted must be tested before EV Bandit can recommend that use.

The soft inserts sit across the middle of the doors to cushion contact from a neighboring car’s opening door. Protection will depend on impact force, contact height, coverage and the final material. The aim is to reduce door-ding damage, not guarantee against every impact. There is no confirmed hail or collision rating.

Mirror sleeves provide orientation, access zippers reduce the need to remove the entire cover for small tasks, and an integrated bag is part of the design. One-person fitting time, packed size, weight and the wet-weather routine will be measured with the prototype. No quick-fit time or machine-washable claim is confirmed yet.

The planned locking cable and mechanism at the grommets are intended to detect interference and send a phone alert. Connectivity, battery life, required app, any subscription costs and Tesla app integration are not finalized. These details and any optional hardware will be confirmed before paid pre-orders open.

Paid pre-orders will open after prototype validation and a manufacturing plan support a delivery estimate. We will email the waitlist when those details are ready.
