The Hidden RAV4 Hitch That Doesn't Hang Below Your Bumper
The EcoHitch® for the 2019–2025 Toyota RAV4 keeps the cross tube completely concealed behind the bumper — only the 2" receiver is visible. It bolts on with no drilling and no permanent modifications, and it's the only RAV4 hitch that keeps your hands-free kick sensor working.
Rated for 5,000 lbs towing and 750 lbs tongue weight — among the highest on the market — it handles e-bike racks, cargo trays, and small trailers without breaking a sweat.
✓ 5,000 lb tow / 750 lb tongue — e-bike and cargo tray rated
✓ Hidden cross tube — only the receiver shows
✓ 100% bolt-on — no drilling, ideal for leased vehicles
✓ Kick sensor stays functional — keep your hands-free liftgate
✓ True 2" receiver — no adapters, no rattle
✓ Superior ground clearance — angled up so racks stay level
✓ Made in the USA — Legendary Lifetime Warranty
Choose Your Receiver: Stainless vs Non-Stainless
Non-Stainless Steel — X7396
Torklift's Armor Pro finish over high-impact powder coat, backed by 2,000+ hours of salt spray testing — up to 8× longer than standard powder coat.
The proven choice, and the better value.
Stainless Steel — X7396S (Recommended)
The world's only stainless steel hitch receiver (patent pending). It will never rust — which means no orange stains bleeding onto your garage floor or driveway.
Worth it if you park on concrete, live where roads get salted, or plan to keep the vehicle.
Both versions are structurally identical with the same 5,000 lb / 750 lb ratings. The only difference is the receiver material.
Add The Wiring Harness — WH43465
Towing a trailer? You'll need trailer lights. The vehicle-specific T-Connector plugs directly into your RAV4's tail light assembly to provide a standard 4-way flat socket — running tail lights, brake lights, and turn signals.
✓ Plug-and-play — no cutting, no splicing
✓ Potted converter — epoxy-sealed against moisture and vibration
✓ No-drill bracket — mounts to the hitch, powder-coated steel
✓ Includes fuse holder, battery connection wiring, and dust cover
✓ 1-year limited warranty
Bundle it above and save a separate order. Not needed for bike racks or cargo trays — only for towing a trailer.

Common Questions
Can I install this without drilling?
Yes. It's a 100% bolt-on install with no drilling and no permanent modifications, which makes it a good option for leased vehicles. The bumper does not need to be removed and only standard hand tools are required.
Will it break my hands-free liftgate kick sensor?
No. The EcoHitch is the only RAV4 hitch that maintains full hands-free kick sensor functionality on equipped models.
What's the difference between stainless and non-stainless?
They are structurally identical with the same weight ratings. The stainless version (X7396S) has a patent-pending stainless steel receiver that will never rust, so it won't leave orange stains on your driveway or garage floor.
How much can a RAV4 tow with this hitch?
The hitch is rated for 5,000 lbs towing and 750 lbs tongue weight. Important: no aftermarket hitch can raise your vehicle's factory limits — always follow the towing capacity in your RAV4 owner's manual, which is the governing number.
Is it rated for e-bikes?
Yes. The 750 lb tongue weight rating supports heavy e-bike racks, cargo trays, and camping gear. Note that racks and trays extend the load away from the receiver, which reduces effective tongue weight capacity — confirm your full setup stays within limits.
Do I need the wiring harness?
Only if you're towing a trailer and need trailer lights. For a bike rack or cargo tray, the hitch alone is enough.
Will the hitch be visible?
Only the receiver. The cross tube is fully concealed behind the bumper, and the receiver is angled upward for better ground clearance than typical low-hanging hitches.
Installation
This kit ships complete with bolt and accessory kits. Most owners report a 1–1.5 hour driveway install using standard hand tools and a floor jack to lift the hitch into place. A small notch in the fascia may be needed depending on trim.

Important Notice
While EcoHitch trailer hitches are built with high-strength materials and tested for exceptional weight ratings, your vehicle's factory towing capacities are the ultimate limit. Always refer to your owner's manual. No aftermarket hitch or accessory can increase your vehicle's factory-rated towing capacity. Accessories that extend the load away from the hitch (cargo trays, bike racks, extensions) significantly reduce tongue weight capacity. It is the user's responsibility to ensure all loads fall within the limits of the lowest-rated component in the towing system.
