How to Get Warranty Service:

Most Products that appear defective function perfectly upon receipt by EV Bandit. Please contact EV Bandit for customer service before submitting the Product for warranty service.

If the Products require warranty service, please email support@evbandit.com and describe the problem. Proof of purchase will be required. EV Bandit will decide whether:

  • To send field replacement parts;
  • To send an immediate exchange; or
  • To authorize you to return the Product to EV Bandit for service.
Do NOT ship to any other EV Bandit address for repairs. Warranty shipments sent to other addresses will be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
All returns must have freight, duty and brokerage prepaid and must include a note stating:
  1. The problem;
  2. The contact person who submitted the Warranty request;
  3. Phone number; and
  4. Return address.

The Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Product resold by the Product Owner;
  • Consumable parts, such as gaskets, coatings etc. that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure occurred due to defect in materials or workmanship;
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic parts;

Will Installing Aftermarket Parts Void my Warranty?

NO!  Federal Law prohibits such actions

Federal Warranty Law: The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C))

The Magnuson-Moss Act regulates that vehicle manufacturers may NOT refuse warranty repairs merely because aftermarket parts have been installed on the vehicle.  The only circumstance under which the vehicle manufacturer can void the warranties is when they can prove the aftermarket part is directly responsible for (ie causes the warranty) the warranty claim.
